An unusual sterling silver & 18K gold rectangular pendant. Measuring approximately 3 x 1 ¼ inches, this pendant features a smoothly finished cabochon of slate imbedded wirh pyrite. 18K yellow gold prongs and circular accent hold this stone in place against a sturdy sterling silver backing. the sterling silver curved bail allows a black cable link chain to slide freely when wearing. This chain is 20 inches in length, but can also be secured at 18 inches with a sturdy teardrop shaped lobster claw clasp. The chain is solid sterling silver which has been rhodium plated black. I think this can be worn as an interesting piece of art by women & men alike! One of a kind!
